Conductivity: The conductivity of aluminum is 61.8% copper material most commonly used benchmark of IACS, carrying capacity is 79% of copper better than standard aluminum. Bending radius of generally copper is 10 to 20 times the outer diameter, while the aluminum alloy cable bending radius is only 7 times the outer diameter. Therefore, aluminum alloy cable is easier to connect the terminals.


Strong weight bearing capacity: Aluminum alloy improved tensile strength of aluminum, aluminum alloy cable can support the weight of 4000 m length, copper cable can only support 2750 meters. This advantage in large-span buildings (such as sports stadiums) wiring was particularly prominent.
