PE or XLPE Insulated Aerial Cable with Aluminum Conductor

1, Standard and Scope of Application
The products adopt IEC 60502, it are mostly used for telecommunication systems or for power transmissions with voltages below 1000 volts. Aerial cable for voltages around 10000 volts have also been built, for the supply of farms, waterworks, transmitters and other facilities outside urban areas. A further common use is the replacement of overhead telecommunication lines, for example, along railway line, by aerial cables as they can be installed in existing poles and make the facility more reliable.
2, Specific Property for Using.
A), The min. temperature of laying cable is not lower than 20℃。
B), The Max. temperature of HDPE insulated cable is 150℃, and that of the XLPE insulated cable is 250℃ when short circuit (5 seconds ).
C),The Max. long-time working temperature of conductor of the HDPE insulated cable is 75℃,and that of the XLPE insulated cable is 90℃.
D),Every fault time of single-phase earth shall be less than one ,minute. And that also shall be less than 8 hours per time and be less than 125hours every year.
E), The permissible curving radius of single-core cable should be not less than 20(D±d) ±5%mm, and that of the multi-core cable should be not less than 15(D±d) ±5%mm.
